Refund policy

Prepaid Subscriptions: By purchasing an Prepaid Subscription, you acknowledge that your subscription has an initial pre-payment feature for the specified period of service. At the end of the year, your subscription will be automatically extended for another term of the same period at the then-current subscription rate. We do not offer refunds for Prepaid Subscriptions.

Gift Subscriptions: For Gift Subscriptions, the subscription will not be renewed after the then-current term expires. You cannot cancel a Gift Subscription and the pre-paid fee is non-refundable.

Note: we reserve the right to revoke your subscription at any time as a result of a violation of these Terms or the Privacy Policy. Membership is void where prohibited by law.

Other Non-Subscription Products:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return merchandise for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.  We cannot accept any returns if the product was used and does not have its original tags or is not in its original packaging.

We do not offer free returns. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

The following items cannot be returned or replaced:

  • Items without receipt or proof of purchase
  • Items not purchased on postflybox.com (purchases made via retail partner, must be returned to them directly)
